After you click “Submit” button, changing or erasing the information is not possible.

If you made mistake or would like to change the information, please contact us through the tab “contact us” above.


Payment shall be done by Credit card through PayPal. If you don’t have the PayPal account, it will be established automatically during the process of payment. (maintenance fee is free)

Personal information including Credit card info will be used solely within PayPal, and will not be shared with this website.


Entry fee per person including Dinner party
Please put the same name as you registered in the entry list
After you put your name above, please proceed to "Buy Now" button for the payment through PayPal.

 

 

These questionnaires are not mandatory for completing entry.
